Now we have several subsidiaries, and have already successfully invested some projects, including Crown International Plaza, Teda Fashion Plaza, Holiday Inn Express Tianjin Airport, Tianjin Jing Ji Saint Light Marriott Hotel, Shengshigong Villa Project. As far as April 2014, we have 4 High star international brand hotels, and 2 of them have got national green building star certifications. All of the 4 hotels are entrusted to international famous hotel management companies to operate, providing customers high quality services, high-end enjoyment and the most comfortable experience.

March 1997, Tianjin Shengmei Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was established.
November 1999, Tianjin Saint Light Investment Group Co., Ltd. was established.
March 2003, Tianjin Saint Light Environmental engineering Co., Ltd. was established.
May 2004, Tianjin Airport Area Saint Light Convention and Exhibition Development Co., Ltd. was established. And in December 2006, the hotel “Holiday Inn Express Tianjin Airport” opened ceremonious, which was exclusively invested by the company.
May 2006, Tianjin Saint Light Property Operation Co., Ltd. was established. And in May 2009, Tianjin Binhai Saint Light Crown Plaza Hotel opened ceremonious, which was exclusively invested by the company.
May 2007, Tianjin Dosen Investment Co., Ltd. was established. And in September 2008, Dosen Huigu Office and Dosen Residence and the hotel “Holiday Inn Express Tianjin Binhai” started to operate, which was exclusively invested by the company.
July 2007, Tianjin Binhai Saint Light Hotel Management Co., Ltd. was established.
August 2007, Tianjin Saint Light Crown Property Management Co., Ltd. was established.
September 2009, Tianjin Saint Light Tourism Development Co., Ltd. was established.
April 2011, Tianjin Deong Invest Management Co., Ltd. was established.
August 2012, Tianjin Deson Hotel Management Co., Ltd. was established. And in April 2014, Tianjin Jing Ji Saint Light Marriott Hotel opened ceremonious, which was exclusively invested by the company.
